shipment still in transit after 25 days and no answer from VKB

hi, i'm waiting for a shipment since october the 5th . Seeing that the status of the shipment was not changing, i sent a mail to VKB, for them to investigate (only the sender can make a reclamation to PostNL) .
Today Im still waiting for a reply of any kind from VKB....
I must admit that im worried, and a bit confused by your communication with your clients....
