Issue not resolved after a year

Hello,

Since I first received my sticks I had some issues to get resolved, broken LEDs and an incorrect trigger switch. It's a year on now, still not resolved, and I have no response to my last 3 tickets.

Last response I got was in Nov 2019, where I was told a new trigger switch was ordered for me, but there was never any followup on it. The lights are still broken after trying all the firmware updates.

Overall not very impressed with the whole thing. I didn't return at the time as the functionality of the sticks works and I thought these would be quick things to fix.

Can you please take a look, ticket #1542.

it is now another 3 months and still nothing... sorry but the customer service really sucks, i won't buy VKB again. i've been really patient about it, but i've been trying to resolve this since sept 2019.

It is indeed a long story. We are on the case now. HQ Engineers are involved with priority. No worries, we will resolve it. Sorry that it takes that long.
