Order still processing and no reply order 10901

Hello,

I want to have some explanation on why my order is still processing and i have no reply about my ticket.
I make the order the August 27, 2020 and i choose the china's air for don't wait too long and paid €26,62 via DHL
Europlus and now it's only 16,94 eur from the 4th september...

Just fyi I made my order on 23rd August and yesterday received it. It will stay "processing" until it is sent out via delivery partner.

I want to have some explanation on why my order is still processing and i have no reply about my ticket.

I see that the ticket has been replied couple of days ago. Your order will be shipped early next week when the next batch arrives. This week we didn't get the shipment due to some delays on production side. Next week we will receive two batches of GNX so we should be able to dispatch all orders placed before Friday, the 11th.
