Hello,
last Monday (Aug. 30th) I wrote an support ticket (#2964) to the european support. I wanted to cancel my order because I ordered the wrong flightstick.
However I have gotten no reply as of now (~4 days later). I submitted a second ticket on Sept. 1st (#2973). This one is not answered either.

No worries. We have just received the second batch of GNX so your order is not yet shipped. Anyway, it is our responsibility to deal with the tickets in time. If we send the wrong order, it will be fixed on our cost anyway.
