One month without a working grip

Hello,
I opened ticket 2575 about a month ago because button #3 on my SCG Premium Right had stopped working. After a quick initial reply and some debugging, the diagnosis was that the button was indeed dead and that VKB Europe would arrange a replacement board. This was 26 days ago, but the arranging of a replacement board does not seem to have happened.
Since then, I updated the ticket several times to ask for a status update or if there was something I had to do to get the ball rolling.
There was no answer.
I am aware that the store was closed for vacation, but the vacation was over a week ago, and there was also at least a week between the "I will arrange" and the start of the vacation.
Is there anybody here who can arrange further processing of the above mentioned ticket 2575?
