Gladiator MK 2 defective

Hello, here is almost 2 weeks that I received but joystick and the next day I opened a ticket for problems.
I opened a ticket the very next day for several malfunction

1-le joystick de droit a des point dur sur l'axe Z
2-the left joystick is not detected not the bases, I tried on the 2 bases, none of them found it, however the right joystcik which with the defective Z axis and not recognized not the bases.
3-I tried several times to stay the joystick via the site and forum instructions but nothing works.

For 1 week, I have not heard from support who told me that they are contacting the social headquarters
suddenly I opened a new ticket last night that I have 2 unusable joysticks and no more new ones

Is it possible to have a feedback from you because at 450 the 2 joysticks I am disappointed and I understand that there may be faults in the fabriction but that it tightened the support from you on 2 new joystick unusable !! Redemption or sending of 2 new joysticks in working order?
