New stick - very clunky

Take a look at this for me. Is this nromal? Movement across centre point is not smooth at all and comes with a definite clunk. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZkPPqeslG74

What cam are installed? I though by default they installed Avia S(Soft), but apparently that isn't the case anymore.

I found the issue. It was my lack of experience/understanding about the cams. I hadn't realised there were two sets of space cams so must have installed the hard. I've now switched them out for the soft and it's much better 
....though I do wonder if I made a mistake using the 40 springs.....it's like wrestling a Russian shot putter. Hopefully it will loosen up a bit.
