Order #10248 Status

Dear VKB Team

Two weeks ago June 28th I placed the order #10248.
On Wednesday July 1st I asked to modify this order.
On Thursday July 8th I got a reply from Konstantin that the order would be changed and that I just need to pay the difference, excellent.

However, I was expecting the order to be changed on Thursday the 8th or Friday the 9th. Now I would like to know, has the original order #10248 already been shipped between June 28th and July 9th, if not, when can I expect the order to be modified and sent?

Thanks a lot, it's just been 2 weeks and I would like to speed things up a bit, if possible.

Sorry for some delay. It is custom manual change which we do not do often and took an extra time to process.
The change is initiated. We aim to ship your newly updated order on Monday.
