I ordered a VKB-Sim Gladiator K (China Express Airlift) - SCG Premium-R(ight) on June 23, 2020 ( last tuesday ), you are surely busy and it's normal, but it would be very helpful if i could get an update on the status of my order ( number #10196 ), thanks !

As i remember airdrop is always friday in Europe, so if you buy it on thursday it's possible to late for the vendor to order it from VKB Base (Packaging, Tax, Import fees to europe last but not least Covid-19). I order also some stuff last week and i got a message that it will be arrive on the next week, friday, in the Netherlands.
my first GF come over china and that was hard to wait

Did your order status change. I have the same issue and they did not respond to my ticket.

When did you put your order in ?

I’ve got a GfIII on order from 30/6 and it’s still processing.
Not the end of the world or anything but it would be cool to know how long I will be waiting.

I ordered mine Saturday. Let's hope both of ours get processed on Friday then.

I got my tracking info today. So looks like it’s shipping tomorrow. Hope yours does also

I believe we did reply to all tickets. We try to do our best and answer them as soon as possible but in some cases it could take a day or two (depends on the load)

To clarify China Express Airlift process:

- every Thursday night we collect all open orders for China Express Airlift and send it to HQ
- it is processed by HQ guys and shipped to us via Express delivery service (on Friday)
- the orders arrive to us next week Tuesday or Wednesday and we start shipping individual orders immediately

So, the best way is to place your order before end of business day on Thursday and most likely the order will be delivered to your address by the end of the next week.

Sorry to hijack the thread however as shipping is being discussed I thought I'd ask here; is there any ETA on the July stock of Gunfighter 3's here in EU?

The ocean cargo with Gunfighter Mk.III is on its way. It is expected to arrive in the first half of August.
