Where can i purchase hat button replacement for a kosmosima grip ?

I've made a ticket for it but it's been a week and no answer. I think there is a problem with the system because the first answer was fast and radio silence since i've responded.

Hello, did you get an answer. I haven't heard back from them. Just an e-mail from the North American branch telling me it's not normal an have to contact Eduard. No response to my inquiries.
Since this (unresolved) problem the black trigger doesn't work anymore either.

I have received the replacement.

I contacted sales@vkb-sim.pro who transferred my request directly to Eduard as well.

But I never received a response in 2/3 weeks.

So I contacted sales@vkb-sim.pro again who told me that they would relaunch Eduard and that if no answer they would send me the part directly and that it would be possible that I paid for the delivery.

2 days later I received a response from Eduard indicating that my part was sent
