i received notice that a lot of the products got restocked last night, but im unable to find the 'Gunfighter MK.III MCG Pro w/ built in twist' like its listed on the NA-shop page for example. Will this variant eventually be shipped & sold in europe?

Followup question: Is there any difference in the final product to buying the twist adapter and assembling it myself?
