Not too long back I upgraded my Gladiator MkII base to take the Kosmosima grip. What I would love to do is to buy a Gunfighter Mk.III base separately to upgrade again.

When will this be possible for EU customers? As currently it doesn't seem to be available separately and I've never seen it sold separately.

Can anyone help?

I'm interested to know this too.

Afaik you can already contact VKB directly at sales@vkb-sim.pro and ask for a standalone base. I've heard that it isn't available on web store yet because they don't have the proper packaging yet.
