I have been waiting for a ticket response since January 26th as I cannot understand how to get the T-Rudder pedals to work properly. I have now raised a new ticket requesting assistance.

If you are unable to help I would request return pedals and refund.

Can you explain your problem here? Maybe it is solved by software?

Hi Ron,

I have the T-Rudder Pedals AND black box (actually black) and have been trying to update firmware and adjust profile/sensitivty of the pedals since i got them in January.

The pedals do work, but I have no way of altering sensitivty. The software i am trying to use to flash firmware identifies the pedals as MKXXI V1.977 lite (so i don't know if i have already done something wrong) and it won't lety me change profile as it states it's lite version (not PRO).

More than happy to post more pics and explain further to try and resolve this.

Thanks :)

The firmware i am trying to use is:

_BlackBox_MK2_TRudder_v1_98_6.vkb

and it tells me:

Device signature not correct - flash failed.

Yeah, then so. When the configurator is running, disconnect the USB cable from BB, hold the button on BB and without releasing it, connect the USB cable.
After connecting, release the button. The device will appear, as in the picture.

Selecting the device, run Bootloader and flash the firmware from another joystick. For example, for the GF MK2 MCG pro. If it is sewn, fill in the correct one for the pedals.
If nothing is flashing, then you need to get a file with the extension * .op1. To do this, from the firmware selection line, you need to delete everything and type save.

Automatically in the configurator folder such a file will appear. Send this file to sales@vkb-sim.pro. You will receive other instructions in the return letter.

Thanks for the help, but it didn'y work.

Still showing as:

HID-compliant game controller
Product Name: VKB-Sim Rudder MkXXI
Lite version
T-Link supported
Firmware version: v1.977

When the device i have is the T-Rudder MIV.

I did manage to get the op1 file, so i'll email.

for getting .op1 file need to type save
not sav
Send op1 file to sales@vkb-sim.pro
Don't worry, the problem is easy to solve by op1 file

I specifically did not write the last letter in the word "save", so that I would not create an unnecessary file :) . Ideally, the picture should be like this.

Eduard

The solution you advised did not work. I have replied to email and ticket - can you please review and advise next course of action?

Thanks
