Support needed - severed wire on GF MkII Rev.B

Good afternoon, I'm posting here hoping for quicker assistance after having contacted the official VKB Controllers store at AliExpress, from which I have not received any attention or reply so far. The order was made on Jan 2018. Never encountered any issue until now.
The issue is best described by images, see the attachments. It happened without any strange usage: the device simply stopped responding and the Stick light on the Black Box was flashing red so I opened the base for a few checks and that's what I found. It seems the red cable was somehow severed by itself. I extracted the metal pin from the connector. How should I proceed? May I request replacement cables/connectors? Thank you in advance for the help and for the assistance.
