Is there anyone working on fixing the ticket system?
It's been ONE MONTH since the last reply, I asked what's going on 2 weeks ago, still no reply.
I made a ticket because my Gunfighter MKII was acting weird 4 months ago and I am still waiting to get it fixed and send back.
Eduard usually replies pretty quick to forum posts but can the ticket system PLEASE get fixed?

We now have an additional person who is working on the ticket system daily and now the ticket handling is continuous and much improved. However, it is not yet perfect and we might overlooked some older tickets when flooded with new requests/questions/etc.

Could you please mention the ticket number so we will prioritize it internally ?
