Hi all,

I just have received my new mcg pro with its extension.
The axes are working well but all buttons and triggers are not recognized at all.
When i push on them they are recognized by win 10 is it a true issue on my grip or must i configure them?

Don't use the Windows' testers and definitely don't calibrate it in Windows. Use VKB's button tester instead: https://vkbcontrollers.com/wp-content/u ... Tester.zip. If your buttons are not working try hitting the Default button in VKBDevCfg. Also, even if the axes are working, you still have to recalibrate them. thanks a lot this is working fine now.
One point i di not plug enough the extension to the base and the grip to the extension that also why the buttons and POVs were not recognized.
So dont hesitate to replug them enough hardly to the connector plug and screw them.
