I have bought two items from your europe website by direct payment last friday but i have still no news.
Is it possible to have a status of my order plz?

Thank you for the purchase ! Nowadays it usually takes 1 working day for the money transfer within euro zone. But I would give some more room for the transfer to complete, maybe another day or two. When it arrives, the status of the order will be changed from "on hold" to "processing" and you will be notified. But it won't hurt if you double check with your bank whether the transfer has been processed correctly.

So far, we have never experienced any issues with the bank transfer. It could take a little longer but never lost or anything like that.
