i know the orders will be send on the 25/10/2019. but we are the 25/10/2019 and i hope they will send today...and i hope to have information about my order because since my purchase i have no information about that...

I know you are new here and I can understand that you are eagerly awating your product. Also, in today's society we are used to getting everything instantly. Yet, quality takes some time. I can tell you that VKB EU will send you your joystick (most likely today). The order will then show "Completed". This can take a while to update. For me it then took no more than a couple of days until the package arrived. Give it time, young padawan. You are in for a great experience. Anticipation is part of the fun

The store was on break and hold the shipping until today. Now we start processing all pending orders since Oct 18 and aiming to complete all pending orders by Monday. Yours will be definitely processed in the first batch.
