Ticket not being answered

Not sure if this is the right way, but I've been waiting for an answer to my ticket for almost 9 days now. I hope Eduard sees this and can tend to it. Ticket number is 1595.

Sorry, it has been just replied. Usually, the order status is almost instantly corrected by PayPal itself when initially it shows as Cancelled.
