I have received a Joystick with broken Bearings .
I have opened a Ticket '(1552) on last Monday , since that no answer
So please please please with sugar on top ..........please start to comunicate with me !
This problem can be solved allready when the Support-guy would read his tickets sometimes.
Igot a new Joystick for 400€ and i cant use that thing.

Can you explain in more detail how you understood that the bearings are defective?

So i try to not to be rude, if you would read my Ticket ( Supportticketnumber:1552) you would allready know everything you wanna know.
But for you i wrote it again !
1.Gunfigther MK 2(Tabletop) with SCG premium left
2.VKB Device Config v090.68 (NJoy32 Firmare v.97.0)
3.Everthing stock except springs 10 lbs
4. stock
Like i say before everything is in the Ticket ,Model, ordernumber,screenshots of the software version ,spring setup.....everything dude !
And besides, what does one have to do with the others?
You cant answer a support-ticket for 10 Days, awesome....
What would happen if i dont wrote here in this forum after i open a support-ticket and didnt get a awnswer for 10 days??????

Calm down man and explain clearly your problem. You've submitted the ticket to the EU dealer, maybe it got lost, maybe the response got lost. If Ron is asking for details just give him the details, he might not even have access to your ticket; he's only trying to help and you start yelling.

I can dismantle my 400€ premium-gear in my freetime and looking for defective parts and didnt get a amswer from the support.
English is not my native language and it is difficult and time-consuming to write everything 10 times.
Maybe Ron can get talk to someone that have access to my Ticket.
