Once again i have to get in contact with you, since the last time we got contact nothing happened with my Dhl TRackingnumber the order is still in EINDHOVEN.
Today i get in contact with DHL but they say my order is still in Netherlands and there is nothing they can do !
So please can you check my Order and see what is going on with my order this time.
My last info on your last PM was order arrive on monday and now its still in netherlands !

I see that your order was delivered on the 10th of September. As far as I experience so far, three days is typical delivery time to Germany.

yes get my Order on Thusday !
Im sorry i did not answering right away but i was very busy do get my bottom setup done and test my stick .
I got the red LED blinking problem but i solved the problem with the Forum posts.

Package hasn't moved in 3 working days. Order ##8270

DHL says I need to get in touch with you being the sender.

Hello PSchulte,

It does not happen often but sometimes DHL has some issues at their sorting facilities. This time it caused a delay for a few days for several parcels to Germany and even tracking info was missing. Eventually all delayed parcels were delivered according to our information.
