Hey guys.
I returned my Order, a Gunfighter Mk. II and an MCG Pro more than 2 weeks ago. I'm still waiting for my money or any information on the status of the refund even though I tried several times to get in contact with Eduard. Maybe it works this way.

We are going to process all returns including yours today and if they are in good shape provide refunds. We are getting back to normal operations after the seasonal break but still some tasks are pending including some tickets and emails.
