Hi,

I place an order (#7277) on 16th August and the status is still on hold with no responses to my support tickets, I logged 3 tickets. Can anyone help me?

I paid by bank deposit.

We prepared bunch of orders to be picked up by a courier for tomorrow, including your order as well. We are trying to ship as many as possible on Monday but some (most recent) orders are going to be shipped on Tuesday.

Sorry for delays.

Before shipping we have to check every order detail and all possible notes from the customer (via email, forum or ticketing system) who placed the order. For example, some people prefer to get RU version instead of EN or we offer to replace MCG stick with SCG one if it is obvious order for pair of sticks.

It all takes time but I believe it is important to provide to people the right tool which should meet expectations.

Woho! Hey, don't mean to hassle you but; does that mean that my order #7323 from August 27 that is processing is getting shipped tomorrow also?
