Trying to get in touch with Eduard

I'm trying to get in touch with Eduard about an order, i opened a ticket, sent mails but no reply so far...

The summer leave is over and we are back to business again.

We are shipping the pending orders first and clearing up all messages received during past two weeks so it might take another day or two to answer all questions.
