Order delivery of VKB-Sim Gladiator Mk.II Joystick

I received august 20 an e-mail that the VKM-Sim Gladiator MK.II Joystick was in stock again, so I ordered and paid (PayPal) for it by return.
When do I receive my order at home? At this moment my ordered Joystick is still available in the webshop!

Hi,

I'm in the same case, ordered the same day, paypal too, and my order is still "processing".
But the store says that "The orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 days for EU customers" so I hope it's normal, our joysticks may be shipped today or tomorrow if the "1-3 days" thing is true .

For me part of a buyer experience is a quick delivery or any kind of communication at least.
Was better if I received an email from 27th august because my money is gone since august 20th...
Anyway, I don't like to have sent an email or a forum post without any reply.

Yes, we are back in business after some time to be on summer holidays. All Gladiator joysticks are to be picked up by a postal courier this Friday. The other orders are also being shipped. We aim to complete shipping of all pending orders by Monday.

I just received my order by DHL perfectly at my home!

Wow, wow, wow! What a beautiful product! Eye-Candy!
For me this will be certainly an upgrade, my Thrustmaster T.16000M FCS gave me recently some quality problems.
This looks also much better on my desk!

I hope that a separate VKBsim Throttle unit like the Thrustmaster TWCS Throttle will follow some day, because I like to change that one also for better quality and looking!

Does somebody have an idea about the shipping time for France?
Because mine is considered as "departed from the international sorting center" but nothing has changed for two days.
I thought that 21.78€ for the shipping was an express delivery...

I have a similar issue - mine's been stuck on "Ready to send to the sorting center" since 9:17PM on Monday 2nd - order number is 7332.

I've called both "DHL" and "DHL parcel" this morning, and they told me that you should know more about the shipping of my order than me...
I've seen in the forum that some of the other orders have already been received, that's why I am a bit worried about mine !

Seems like it accelerated this afternoon, I just received a notification saying that the package arrives soon, in fact in France, DHL Parcel seems to work with "Relais Colis". I will have to pick it up when it arrives in my city, it won't be delivered at home.
I thought DHL meant "DHL Express" for every international shipping, the price was the same so I was mistaken.
I think it won't be long now

Indeed, it wasn't shipped to your address as different DHL service was chosen by accident which didn't work for France earlier. We will consider to add it for our French customers as cheaper alternative DHL Europlus we use at the moment.

Nothing to worry about. It usually delivers to the UK within 4-5 working days so I would expect the parcel to be delivered to your address on Friday.

Great quality service indeed ! I like that, and the Gladiator MKII is such a wonderful joystick, just tested with a Mustang in DCS and I can feel the difference with my old TM stick !!!
