Hi,

I have ordered my Gunfighter Pro with Kosmosima Premium Right and a small baseplate in July, got my payment request, paid, was promised delivery for Aug. 8, not received my stick nor an answer to my support request.

Now the scg-r premium is out out of stock again and no reply to the answer of the other thread on a delivery schedule.

So, what is the status, please?

I am not happy.

Yes, I have checked your order status and yes you have paid the order and your item is in stock awaiting to be shipped. Unfortunately, we haven't shipped it before our two-weeks vacation break.

It will be shipped to you when the store is back to normal operations (starting from Tue, Aug 27, next week already).

Sorry for the delay and inconvenience. We have been largely overloaded during that week and missed your order for the shipment.
