Hi,

I am a new owner of two GF MKII with SCG but unfortunatley the left stick has a broken 4way hat switch. I created a support ticket 10 days ago but so far nobody has cared enough to even write a single response, let alone send me a replacement grip. Not really what I expect at this price point. Can anybody here help?

I am sorry for missing your ticket. Thanks for good explanation of the issue. Please, ship the grip to us and we will fix the faulty switch.

I have another issue, however, it could be a configuration issue. The SCG LEDs of my left stick are turning off periodically. I cant say when it happens, but it's only happening with my left stick. Any ideas?

We have just received your controller. Let's see what could be wrong with it. I will keep you informed.
