Where do I open a support ticket for EU customers on the EU dealer site?

Hi,
I have some issues on the Ballbearings on my gunfighter of which I asked about on the technical forums but I was advised to open a support ticket, but where do I make a ticket on

You need to go into
https://flightsimcontrols.com/my-account/orders/ and click on get help, for the related order.

I don't see my gunfighter order in that list wtf, how do I get a support ticket now?!

Hi, Is it possible to restore my purchase/order list on the EU webshop? My gunfighter purchase disappeared from the orders list that is why i couldn't open a ticket for it.
