I opened a case but I want to ask here. With my Gladiator pro Mk1 came default springs (I think it was the white dot mark on the bag for default springs). I order the replacement springs. In the webshop it was stated that factory default springs for VKB joysticks with metal gimbal mechanism are #20 springs. Hovewer now when the replacement springs arrived I noticed that its not the same spring. The replacement is different and stronger so I guess #10 are the default ones (before was marked in bag with white dot). In the store it says #10 spring is for non pro versions of Gladiator.
So who is wrong. Me or the store info?

Default springs have always been #20.
For some first time we used to color-code them:
VKB Europe is sometimes slow to reply, but they are an independent business and we have very limited control over their operations. Anyway, I will ping Edward and bring your case to his attention. Further talks please hold with him directly.
