Hi I ordered an extended cable for the gunfighter2 on dec 28 and have opened 2 tickets and sent 1 email enquiring about the progress of my order and have yet to receive any replies. I understand that with the holidays things would be slower than normal but would have thought that I would have at least had an acknowledgment by now of the said tickets/email.
