Order complete issue

Hi, so i've purchased a gladiator mkII and the status says it's complete...but it's not, the item did not arrived to my house and i've no DHL tracking number to know where it is, also i the transaction was done yesterday so it's impossible to be completed.

Please help.

Thank you for the purchase ! Your order has been shipped on the 24th. Considering the holiday time it could be delivered next week, hopefully on Monday. The transaction marked completed as we processed and shipped the item. You should have received automated email with the tracking information.
