I put in a support ticket an august 30th, being unable to reserve the "MCG Socket rev. A".
Actually it's listed as being on "sale" at the moment, but it seems impossible to put down the order for it...
I haven't heard a single thing back yet, closing in on a month since I made the support ticket....
Do these guys really want to sell this thing or not?
Is it actually currently on sale or not??
How do these guys expect people to have faith in them, with this behavoir???
Sorry - a bit frustrated here...

With no information on where/at which shop you opened a ticket there is nothing to look into.
Besides, as I understand, you opened a support ticket trying to order or pre-order a device.
Wait a minute, a support ticket for a sales issue?
Or, did I get you wrong?

Re: support ticket closing on a month
If memory serves me right, I went to "contact" on the website, and wrote my question on the form there.
That this was made into a "support ticket" was not by my choice.
The website (flightsimcontrols.com) promoted a sale on the grip (still does as of this moment).
It is listed as out of stock, yet still on sale...
But it hasn't been possible for me to make a preorder.
So the info one gets from the website can seem somewhat contradictory, and since it has been so for quite a while, one starts to wonder what's going on.
Hence I went to ask through the contact form.
Now, what am I supposed to expect in terms of customer support from this company?

From this company, nothing.
By "this company" I understand VKB, although you don't point it out clearly - so I may be wrong.
VKB dealers are independent businesses, not our "daughter companies". We don't tell them what to do, they don't ask us what to do.
If you decide to buy from this company directly: we do have MCG and MCGPro in stock in China; you may buy from aliexpress.
If you decide to buy from a local dealer: write an email to him. Support requests that are not requesting tech support are not entertained.
Hope it helps

Hi flashben,
We processed that ticket last week. Sorry for the late reply. Now your issue is clear and we agreed on solution.
