Ed is there a reason I can pre-order a kosmosima premium left grip on a gunfighter mkII base but I can’t pre-order the right hand version?

Are they releasing at different times or is it just an error on the webpage?

Is there any chance to ever buy a MCG pro for my GL pro mk. II that's waiting for one for I don't know...a lot of time? Site says never. Also, how about no VAT for costumers outside Europe?

Hello RiftFlyer, well, it is just because the amount is quite small and the right hand version is already fully reserved but left handed is available in 1-2 items. Sorry, we do not offer "just to reserve" but only approved by HQ amount for EU store. And this amount for Kosmosima is rather small so far.

Ok, is there an a chance I'll be able to pre order an MCG Pro for my Gladiator pro mk.II? Look, I don't care that I've bought an expensive Joystick that's sitting in a closet collecting dust since mid 2017, I just want to pre order the damn thing. YOU ARE STILL THE ONLY GAME IN TOWN! I WANT TO GIVE YOU MONEY!

And no, I don't want the cosmosima. Or at least tell me when to check again.

Problem is that if you have a problem with it the after sell service will be done with AliExpress afaik. Which might not be as good/fast than with the European reseller.

I have been waiting for weeks now to get my reimbursement for two RMA shipments! I asked several times already and also provided invoices but nothing. All in all, my experience with customer service of VKB Europe was dissappointing. My first ticket was "forgotten" and I had to write a post here in the forums to get attention, then I received a repaired stick with hat switch instead of analog stick and now I have to ask yet again in the forums for my reimbursement because nobody replies to my email (let alone sends me the money I was promised). So, I would appreciate if anybody could send me my money!

Could you unblock Europe purchases from AliExpress? I'd love the 10cm extension, which is only visible there, as the European store feels almost abandoned.

The Paypal option is not allowing for direct payment with a VISA card (i.e. without a Paypal account).

Are there any solutions to pay via VISA card without creating a Paypal account?
