FSC web store updates and feedback

This is the new thread to communicate any improvements or issues and collect feedback about the new web store https://flightsimcontrols.com.

Since the 22nd of April it is running on the new engine and offers several new functionalities:
  • mobile friendly design
  • VAT-free ordering for EU-based companies
  • advanced ticketing system; it will help to provide better customer support, measure quality and scale up the customer support easier
  • extended selection of payment possibilities
    • PayPal: the most expensive way to pay but also the most common and customer friendly
    • Direct bank transfer: the cheapest way to pay; mostly useful for clients from Euro zone countries
    • iDEAL, Sofort, Bancontact, E-MS: e-payments, no extra fee
    • Credit cards: Visa and Mastercard are accepted; some fee is applied for those operations

We plan to introduce:
  • pre-order functionality; it should help to plan better each ocean cargo shipping to EU store so the manufacturing department will provide right articles based on your demand
  • more shipping options to choose

Great to see progress on the website and web shop.

I really think the option to pre-order is required if you do such a few and small production runs, at the moment chances are still high that you miss out if you don't pay enough attention.
Having more and constant stock would be the most ideal but I can see that funding large quantities of stock is risky so not the most ideal for a smaller company.
for example I am desperately waiting for a MCG grip for my Rev A gunfighter and to be honest if I would miss out when they finally arrive in august I don't think I would wait any longer and sell my stick, I would rather pre-order so I get mine guaranteed.

2nd thing is Communication, clear and frequent communication is needed and prevents frustration.

"Invalid client token supplied. Please check your API keys."

Unable to order


My suggestion to the new website is, that you test all features before you make them public.

I have preordered mcg rev.a and can't add payment option.
I use credit card.

So, the website tells me to preorder, but I can't... Does preorder start on Septermber 1st?

I seem to have lost my purchase history complete with invoice orders with the site update.

Hi guys, yes, it was a problem to pay via credit card and PayPal for pre-ordered items. Unfortunately it will not be possible to pay via credit cards directly but PayPal payment method is now back. You should be able to use PayPal to pay with your credit card. Otherwise we could process pre-paid payments manually.

The pre-ordered items are expected to be in stock in mid-September. The cargo is on its way.


Yes, that's true. When the site was updated to the new engine we couldn't migrate purchase history.

It is not a problem. The best is to login to the website with your account and open a ticket using a form where you should mention the order number and explain what kind of issues you face. You do not need to provide us the invoice.

You could take it from the email confirmation has been sent when you completed your original order. If you don't have it, just let us know the email you used for the ordering, your name or shipping address.

support tickets seem to take a VERY long time.
I put in one back at august 30th...
I still havent heard anything back....

Sorry for delays with tickets handling. It was a lack of resources in September and we are covering this area now. We have answered and cleared many tickets during last weekend and aim to process all awaiting tickets this week.
