But pro base, the one with extension does not have the big base-plate, right ? The big base-plate for some reason have been removed from the shops inventory.

I have asked this before, and if you watch an unboxing video you can see that the big plate is included! Thats the answer that I got

I got both base plates with my Rev A Gunfighter Pro/KG12.
The product description on the new VKB Europe site indicates that this is still true for the Rev B bundles.

I think you can modify the GF Pro to the GF desktop and vice-versa if you own the GF Pro.
Is this right ?

Well if you have the pro and indeed in the package you have the big base-plate as in the unboxing Ytube videos, than it`s just a matter of removing the extension and switching the base-plate. But i wonder why in the description of the product it is not mentioned that it contains the big base-plate as-well, I might have missed it.
