No email here, I had an order confirmation on the 23rs of April and the money is showing up on my credit card as been taken, it would be nice to be kept up to date...Eduard can you update us please??

My order (MCG ru and Rudder) is still "processing" and I still have the money on my bank acount... I'm not really optimistic...

This is normal, they'll charge only when items are ready to ship.

I would recommend you contact support. My orders status has changed to completed, order will be shipped tomorrow.

I have status processing and money has been deducted from the bank account.

It would be nice if someone from VKB Europe can tell us if everything is ok. Some of us are charged but still processing like me, others seem to have status completed and so on. Why the difference? I have ordered and paid on the first day but still nothing has changed in my order status. Please tell me if everything is ok. I waited for this a year or so and im very worried now. Because tumorrow is the day shipment should start.

I sent 2 tickets to know what happened with my purchase, two days ago they gave me back the money and I do not know why, I still do not have an answer.
