We are preparing a full container shipment to Europe. There will be more than enough devices to both satisfy the accumulated demand, and stock up the dealer's warehouse. So there is no need for pre-orders. Just wait a bit till the container arrives, and order through the dealer's site.

About satisfying that accumulated demand, let alone holding stock ... best double away tout de suite and get a few more ... containers ... or it may be a bit pointless paying for an empty warehouse.

They did not specify how big the container was.

Thrustmaster are prepared to sell me the Warthog grip individually for £90 + P&P.

my orders status is still processing. is this due to the fact the container has not yet arrived or is there something wrong with the payment?

Mine just switched from on hold to processing and I used bank transfer as a payment method, so I think processing mean: Money received, collecting your goods, and sending when ready. Now we have to wait till the goods arrive in the warehouse

Same issue for me I paid by credit card = I got the confirmation mail but nothing on my website account

Does the money have been taken out of your bank account ? because nothing appear on my bank account..

also the same issue,
paid in credit , after a bumpy ordering process
got the confirmation email , but didnt see any transaction on my bank account
my order status still says "processing".

does anyone know when during the "processing" phase vkb charge the payment ? when you order, or before shipment maybe ?

The same, I paid with a credit card and my status is processed, I looked in my bank account and the money was collected.

Well it seems I'm not alone. That makes me hope my order has been successfully submitted but I've sent a clarification e-mail to VKB just to make sure.

I received the mail yesterday that my order was received :

So I think you just have to wait a litle bit ^^

Ordered pedals and a gunfighter pro as soon the website was up, and after 3 days, my payments got "canceled" after 3 day mark, when all of the gunfighter pro got out of stock..?
