Hm? I think i dont have a gunfighter base because i dont have a gunfighter joystick? Or do you mean that some of the gunfighter and the gladiator pro base are "the same"? But how do i find out which one?

I'm sorry, it was my fault, I'm totally focused on gunfighter with MCG that I think your talking about that

BTW on the NA store they mention the Gladiator PRO with the MCG Grip as "Swappable" feature, so I'm quite sure that at least one version of the MCG Grip 3 pin is compatible with the Gladiator. Maybe you'll have to update firmware to get all works properly but I think you can change only the Grip

I`m not sure, but i think you might need this gladiator upgrade kit to use MCG on the gladiator https://vkbcontrollers.com/?product=vkb ... e-kit-lite. Pre-orders have just opened up on the NA site. But you should ask around. The description reads "This upgrade kit converts the Gladiator Mk.I and Mk.II joysticks to be compatible with the VKB-Sim MCG series of grips, including the VKB-Sim Twist Adapter."

LE: I think this is only for Non-PRO version.

I have the Gladiator Pro so i hope thst conversion kit is not necessary...

Oh my god, VKB makes simple things complicated! I had hoped theres one grip for gunfighter AND Gladiator Pro and maybe a different firmware...how can i now if, when, which and where i can order the MCG to germany? I hope this ends well and i finally get a fitting Grip! :-/

Edit: I think you are right and im fu...d. As for the Gladiator Pro it seems to be the 5 Pin Version which i think is unclear when (or if?) its available in Europe (viewtopic.php?f=29&t=2895&start=30#p29797)...if i had known all that circumstances i would have gone for a gunfighter or Virpil...

Edit2: Ok, now ive got it, at least partially. I have the Gladiator MK2. This one is already 3 Pin. So that sounds good because 1st batch is 3 Pin. But i wonder what the difference to the gunfighter MCG Version is because they sell it as different versions in the NA store... Is it only firmware? So im still unsure if the first batch MCGs are compatible with Gladiator MK 2...? And the last point is, is the 1st batch "3Pin" or "3Pin Rev.B" - and what is the difference?

5 pin is the connection between controller and grip for elder Joysticks (e.g. Mamba, Gladiator MK 1...)
i dont know and i dont know the difference between Rev A and Rev B

3-pin Rev. A and 3-pin Rev B are the same connector, but with the male and female parts swapped between the grip and the base.

And do we know which version is in the 1st batch?

VKB US store lists all MCG 3-pin versions with the same ETA (mid April).

MCGs for Gladiator base are planned for the next EU batch (August-September). It is the same grip for both Gunfighter and Gladiator base. You could swap the grip between bases so no difference. However, the firmware of the base should support the grip. It should be either firmware supporting KG12 or MCG
