Yep, just received my free upgrade!

Got a Gunfighter Pro instead of a Gunfighter Desktop.

I've PM'd and emailed Eduard. Hopefully he's not too overwhelmed with all the chaos!

It's often like this when you're working out the kinks in a new supply chain situation. As long as VKB try as hard as they can to avoid passing their problems with their distribution network on to the customer, I'm pretty sure we'll all be forgiving.

EDIT: Ignore me, just looked up phpBB functionality and PM's stay in outbox until they're read by the recipient.

Eduard, thanks for your thanks for this post but replying to my email if you've got it would be the best thanks you could give!

Did you get any kind of shipping notification, or did it just arrive?

In the UK and I got a shipping note email, oh last week. Thursday I think.

So now I’m concerned, I ordered mine 8 days before you did and you received yours where I haven’t heard a thing

I ordered mine on 24/5/2017, still nothing here, i only recived mail that payment was succesfull on 25/5/2017.
I guess they don't follow dates of order rather they just send it randomly so by end of the next week it should be in our hands since they still shipping during this week.
Nothing we can do about it but wait, check mailbox and email.

That's correct, although "they" sounds a bit unfair The boxes had been mislabeled, as I explained a couple of pages back, by the mail operator. "They" are now doing whatever possible to save the day. Poor Ed, that is.
Fast and pray, fast and pray... No one wants it as much as the VKB people, take my word.

My package is easy to recognize...its the big one with two Gunfighters and rudder pedals in it.

But didnt Eduard said that everyone whos package got potentially mislabeled gets an email from him?
So i guess no email means that the package at least has your order in it.

p.s. still no email or package...ordered on 19.6.17

I guess everything is ok with our orders since we didn't recive any mail from Eduard

Didn't mean "they" in a bad manner, every company want's best for it's business i believe Ed and his guys are no exception

I got one of the mislabeled packages so now I'm going to have to get to a post office to send all the pro parts back. On the plus side I got to test how the extension feels.
And of course VKB will reimburse me for the shipping.

Anyhow, the Gunfighter truly is a marvelous piece of kit. The feeling is unlike any other stick I've ever tried.
