Exclusion from the application of VAT in Canary Islands

Hello,
I am going to purchase your "T-Rudder Pedals Mk IV", but I've a problem during the checkout process.
Despite they are part of Spain, the Canary Islands are not part of European Community territory for the purposes of VAT (Article 6 of Directive 2006/112/EC).
The harmonised rules on VAT do not apply to the Canary Islands and the application of turnover taxes is a matter for the local authorities. Which means, we always pay Import fees and Customs duties to our local authorities instead of VAT.
Further reference in the European Commission official website.
Although I've specified my shipping address, your checkout procedure still tries to charge the VAT TAX (see screenshot attached).
So, my question is: How to proceed to the purchase without paying the VAT, which is not due in my case?
Thanks a lot, really appreciate your help.
