Hi,

I ordered the Warthog Adapter with my VKB Black Mamba in January... My Vintage BM arrived a few weeks ago but still no sign of my Warthog adapter? When will I receive it?

We have several paid orders for adapters and some missing adapters for Black Mamba orders. All those orders are still pending unfortunately as we were waiting for next production batch of adapters and at the same time VKB manufacturing was in process to move to the other location (to the other city).
Now the orders are being prepared for shipment to European store and I expect to have them in stock and dispatch missing adapters and standalone orders, hopefully, next week.

Sorry to hear that you're still waiting on your adapter! Also, the communication here is severely lacking on the part of "Eduard VKB FSC"; I really hope that this is solved for you soon...

I have the same problem.
I ordert my Warthog Adaptere 3rd May 2016 and since than silence...

Okay, I am not a spokesperson or anything for VKB, but I felt bad for you guys that are still waiting on their TM Warthog adapters, so I contacted Daisy of VKB regarding this issue and here's what she said:

"Sorry for let you feel confused.
Last time when we sent adapters with joysticks to Eduard, he made mistakes and gave us wrong quantity of adapters. That's why some of you didn't receive adapters.
We are trying to prepare more adapters now. But factory need time for producing and assembling. When factory finish assembling, we can send to Europe directly to reduce time delay.

I have received an e-mail from Eduard confirming that I should receive my adapter soon. Fingers crossed

This week VKB FSC Europe store has finally received Warthog adaptors. We plan to ship them to all awaiting customers today.

Hello Stefan,

Currently adapters are sent to all customers who was ordered and paid it earlier. If you still didn't get it, please, send us an email to vkb@flightsimcontrols.com with your order number and we will check what happened.

The situation with adapters were a bit messy... I hope it is all cleared now and we will try to do our best to avoid it in the future.
