Hello all,

I would like to use this topic to answer questions to VKB FSC Europe. I hope it will clarify all burning questions related to our store in Europe, especially from the European community.

I'm not from Europe, so I don't know if this belongs here, but I thought I'd ask. I'm from India (actually way down the South of India) and I'm looking to order the Gunfighter MK1 stick and eventually the throttle, if produced.

1. Do you deliver to India?
2. If yes to above, should I pre-order from the FSC Europe store or is there a FSC Asia store that I should order from?
3. What is the waiting time from pre-order to actual delivery?
4. Any prelim idea as to retail cost of the Gunfighter MK1?
5. Will the Warthog grip be available along with the Gunfighter MK1?

When will we able to pre-order the Gladiator pro & T-Rudder Pedals Mk. IV in europe? or on the eu website?

Hello Kunz,

I try to answer all your questions below:

1. Yes, VKB FSC Europe delivers to India.
2. You can order items from any VKB sellers (VKB direct, Stratojet or VKB FSC Europe) if they ship to India and you are satisfied with shipping cost and delivery time. There is no dedicated seller for India at the moment.
3. The waiting time depends. Usually, US customer receives the pre-orders faster due to simplier logistics. Waiting time depends on manufacturing capacity and number of issues facing during this manufacturing process (please, note that it is a new product for VKB despite of the fact that many components are already well tested and even produced). We currently estimate to receive Gladiators Pro in first half of July.

Hello Messiah,

We plan to start pre-order as soon as the freight with the item(s) is shipped to the Netherlands. So, basically 2-3 weeks before the actual arrival to the store in Europe. In this way we are more certain about availability of the items in stock and can inform our customers properly.

Any chance of the EU vintage mambas being shipped this week?

When Gladiator Pro Orders begin, Will we be able to purchase the warthog adapter aswell or those adapters would be available later in time? (I have a warthog grip that I want to use)

There will be no Mk.III on sale anymore.However, we start selling Mk.IV pedals soon. The items are already shipped from the factory (by sea). The ordering will be open soon but I can't tell how long the shipping and customs clearance will take.

Yes, the adaptors will be available as well. Currently there is a shortage of adaptors and we are waiting for the next production batch to be finished.

We received EU Vintage Mamba's last Friday and all orders are shipped with DHL already. Shipping notice is sent automatically when DHL picks them up and processed and sometimes it is sent with a delay. All of them should be delivered to the end customers this week.

I'm interrested by the GunFighter PRO and would like to ask if can have an estimated price? I'm already an owner of an Extended Warthog that I'm impatient to use with your new GimBal system.

At the moment I use Target Script a lot for my Warthog. What kind of software will we have with Vkb joystick?

fyi, finaly even I have received shipment notification... eduard messaged me on may 29th to ask for shipping adress, supposedly I didn't provide full shipping address...not sure why because my flighstimcontrols.com account order history details are showing the complete shipping address TWICE (two different orders, identical billing and adress details)!

however, that message got stuck in the spam folder and I have answered with delay on june 3rd.... 4 days later, today on june 7th, I have received the notification of post-nl and I should receive the package until friday I guess
