If my order from 8th of July is not in this shipment I would like my money back as I'm not waiting another god knows how long of silence. Customer service is disgraceful from what I've seen. Wished I had read these forums before ordering instead of getting excited from YouTube video reviews.

Updated 30.07.2024:

The Gladiator batch is finally arrived to us today, on the 30th of July. The first orders placed in the beginning of June are on its way to the clients.

We expect to ship all orders placed in June by the end of this week. Next week all orders placed in July should be shipped as well.

Some Gladiator NXT EVO variants listed below are staying on backorder until the backlog is cleared and all pending orders are shipped.

NXT EVO Omni Throttle Premium Left-handed
NXT EVO Premium Right-handed
NXT EVO Standard Right-handed
NXT EVO KG12 (WWII)
All currently placed backorders for Gladiator NXT EVO will be fulfilled when all pending orders are processed and shipped. So, the waiting time for the new orders is about 2 weeks (estimated).

I hope they ship all orders

No worries. All orders backordered until now will be fulfilled from this batch. There is enough stock and the next batch is arriving soon. Just let us process the orders right. We allow our customers to place a new orders with "Consolidated" shipping. It is possible to add some items to the open order and save on shipping cost. It is useful feature since VKB product line is quite wide and some items might be considered to be added to the main order. Many people use it to add converters, OTA, GNX modules (SEM or THQ) etc but all that makes fulfillment more time-consuming.

I believe we should be able to process all June orders by Monday and then start with July orders so your orders should be shipped on Monday or Tuesday the latest.
