Arrival of next batch

Re: Arrival of next batch
Yours is before mine and I was told next week for dispatch. We shall see...
Re: Arrival of next batch
If we wait for another 2 weeks and they're like "we don't have enough to go round, new batch in 2 months" lmao I mean they should KNOW how much stock they got and how many they need. The day that batch touched down they should have had it counted and sorted and everyone notified
Re: Arrival of next batch
The News does say, every order up to a couple days ago will be out before June 12th, so I am confident, it will turn up soon!

Re: Arrival of next batch
I made my purchase on the 30th May.. and from the last update which was a few days ago now they're supposedly shipping out orders placed until the 15th May. So who even knows at this point. It's getting a bit frustrating with the lack of communication. not once have I received an email about delays, not even an automated one.. I have to go and find this information myself though their news page on the website when ever they decide to update it.
Re: Arrival of next batch
That’s why I don’t beg sellers to fulfill their legal obligation (by paying them you bound a legal contract).
Your ToS dear VKB FSC Europe says explicitly that in case of out of stock you have to provide a specific delivery date on your product page. Screenshots of ToS and complaints I already sent to Netherlands Autoriteit Consument & Markt (https://acm.nl) and VKB HQ.
Anyone who still waits for the mercy of Eduardo or falcon9 to graciously do their effing job I encourage to do what I did. The more complains they got the stronger kick in butt will be. This is not a spicy in nineteenth century brought on elephants back ffs to wait months! We live in 21c jesus christ

Hi,
it would be nice if you could update the "Backordered Gladiator orders" of website with the latest shipping times
(it's been almost a week since the last update)

Re: Arrival of next batch
Yeh i really dont like it when companys start doing backorders taking money off us and then having us wait months for arrivals by then we have probs moved on. This is what Fanatec do and looks whats happerning to them.
Re: Arrival of next batch
It does take some time, but it will get there. Can affirm that Eduard always answers in professional manner. I have received my Gladiator when it was said i would. If you are not sure about delivery times, just email Eduard...
It is worth the wait... Tried a long time to do air refuleing in DCS with no joy, but did it on the second try with the Gladiator. Awesome.

Re: Arrival of next batch
Sorry but there is also the facts that they are aware of current inventory, what's in demand and the approximate time to ship based on their backlog...therefore it wouldn't hurt the thier business to be a bit more transparent with customers that they have already received monies from.

Given you are here for flight sim eq I assume you are aware of such invention as airplanes?
edit:
also going around the africa adds 10-14d. Is it really too much to expect from serious reseller to manage his stock inventory in predictable and professional manner? and not to REGULARLY pissing off his customers? All of this is simply mind boggling unprofessional behavior so much that the market and competitors wouldn’t believe in VKB Europe is run by a bunch of dabblers.

The terms only state that it must be mentioned on the product page that shipping within 14 days is not expected. I see no provision requiring the mention of an alternative date. Whether "Available on backorder" qualifies as such notice, or whether Dutch/EU law contains more detailed requirements, I have no idea; I am neither a merchant nor a lawyer. I do agree however that it is poor form to not give a more comprehensive notice on the page what exactly backorder entails, as well as to charge full price upon order when delivery may be weeks away.

If you complain about people, please get their name right. Also, fallout9 does not work for the European dealership.

Airfreight has been used to get shipments in before - at an increased price, since it is also significantly more expensive than sea freight. Some other regions are served straight from China with airfreight, and VKB has actually run into trouble with carriers limiting the rate at which they would accept packages as well, you cannot ship arbitrary amounts of goods without doing things like chartering a flight, which VKB is probably way too small for to allow for such expenses.

I would imagine that there has also been a bit of bad luck with shipments getting lost involved, given how spotty the stock situation has been for pretty much a year now.
And I think you might be overestimating the scale of FSC a bit, but I agree with you, the spotty stock situation that has been going on for pretty much a year now (and maybe longer if you take into account the GF3-GF4 transition that affected other regions as well) has left many of us disappointed.
Re: Arrival of next batch
I have just one question. Why can’t people be kept informed of the situation? There is also a news section on the site. for example - there will be no deliveries/new arrivals on this week. You can even not specifically indicate the reason, but do not keep people in the dark.
