Hi,
I've placed an order today and got an error message after submitting the order. I've received no confirmation email but my paypal activity shows that the payment went through.
The other day I've already noticed that I wasn't getting any confirmation or verification emails when I tried to register an account trying multiple email addresses. Thinking it might only affect account creation I placed the order anyway.
I went on to submit a ticket inquirying about the order status. The form, after attempting to submit it, sent me back to the ticket creation screen without any indication that the ticket has been created.
I then wrote an email to vkb@flightsimcontrols.com regarding this issue. I don't want to come across as pushy or impatient but at this stage I wonder if they do receive any emails at all and if I'm going to wait in vain for a reply.
That's why I would like to ask if anyone can confirm the order (I only have a transaction number) or at least tell me if they can currently receive and process their emails? My user experience so far leaves me wondering if the shop is operational at all.

Sorry - I was out for the weekend (and the guys in Europe might be, too) - we will look into it.

Thank you! It seems I was prematurely concerned after all and they've restored email services shortly after.
