Hello,

My order delivered by ups, did not arrived home, saying the deliver guy could not deliver the order while i was there home waiting for it. Now i have to figure out how to go to the place where it will be delivered.
I paid 15 euros of fees of delivering for it to arrive home. Now i will have to spend money for the bus plus at least one hour of my time. When i am at work 1hour of my time cost a certain amount of money, so i will also loose this money.
I am fed up with this deliverings. You will say that I have to contact UPS, but it's not my concern to deal with UPS, i am not client of UPS, actually i am client of VKB and the delivering system failed. I paid for a service and this service failed, what about this 15 euros now I paid to VKB, not UPS, for nothing ? (I don't even count the money lost for 1hour i will not be able to work, or just enjoy my time freely)
