analog thumb stick

Good day all,
I just got my VKB Gladiator NXT EVO standard. The analog thumb stick isn't working. It isn't registering in the dev app. and Star Citizen. ANy help?

Good morning, and my apologies for the mishap.
The first thing to do must always be opening a support ticket at the dealer's shop.
There is still a possibility that something simply got disconnected or there might be some other equally easy to fix minor issue.
While the dealer is preparing his reply to you, you may want to join our discord which is very active and full of knowledgeable people eager to offer their advice.
But in any case, please do open the ticket first.

The standard edition does not come with an analog thumbstick, that is a premium feature. Also, on a premium, the thumbstick (which replaces the A1 hat) only provides axis values when the round red LED on the grip is on, which can be toggled by pressing the A1 center push switch (again, on the premium stick).
