Hi. I just wanted to ask how come you guys like literally never have the gladiator in stock? It is your most bough product after all, did someone crunch the numbers and decided fake scarcity is a good thing or you miscalculate absolutely every time you place an order for a new batch? Don't wanna sound heavy handed is just weird to have to wait a month or more for delivery from a company with a few years of experience.

The EU store is an independent business; we're shipping at their order, using their shipping method of choice - air or sea. The sea shipments take way longer, especially lately with the longer route due to pirates' attacks.

Yes I understand that, sea shipments taking longer are not news. So why does the EU store not order say triple the usual amount of gladiators so they have them on stock like ever?

Hi guys,

The next batch arrives in about three weeks from now. We have already shipped all orders which were placed before the 31st of May. The remaining orders which contain Gladiator NXT EVO Premium Right-handed, Standard Right-handed and Omni Throttle Premium Left-handed will be shipped when the next big batch arrives.

Yes, we order sufficient amount of Gladiator variants and right now we have other variants in stock with immediate shipping, however the gap is not fully closed due to even more extended delivery time to our warehouse. Now it takes more than two months. The logistics companies are facing issues not only with extended route over Africa but due to lack of containers and vessels in general. You can compare with 3 weeks delivery time how it was before COVID hit the world. The extended shipping makes planning more difficult.

In July we will be running again normally.

To summarize, current waiting time for existing orders is 3-4 weeks before they are shipped. For new orders it is about 4-5 weeks.

Thank you all for your patience. If you are afraid that delivery time clashes with your planned vacation, do not hesitate to open a ticket and our support guys will make sure that we hold your shipment until you are back.

We ship mostly via UPS. It offers free service to re-route the order via ups.com or via UPS app. You can forward it to the most convenient UPS Access Point of your choice.

Are you going to comment on that now when July is over and when it manifestly turned out you lied us… AGAIN? Or there’s plan for silent treat us, something you’re the master of? Or will you try to sell us African ship trip bull? What will be the story this time? Vacations? Pirates? Aliens invasion? Maybe your sheer incompetence? You have one job man - to be in touch with people who put bread on your table - and you still don’t give a flying duck! Seriously there are plenty ppl for your position who actually would care.I’m in shock how one’s ass hasn’t been fired yet for neglecting his job.

Vkb HQ doesn’t give a duck as well which is pity They should pull back the agreement with you and pick another reseller.

Not going to lie it's kind of a bummer that it's been well over a month since my order has been placed, hasn't even been dispatched yet and I'll still get rinsed for VAT/handling charges by the delivery services in UK once it does arrive. Kinda discourages me from making any future purchases here.

Hello JaOkon,

Yes, the updated post is still correct. Our logistics partner has confirmed that tomorrow (on the 30th of July) the batch is arriving to our warehouse so we will start shipping the orders as soon as it is in our possession.

My order (#55957) was placed on July 2nd.
Hopefully waiting is almost over.
