I ordered the Evo omni throttle for my left hand. I went through Przelewy24. After the payment has been processed, I was returned to the checkout page, without anything happening. The money has left my account and I can provide a confirmation from my bank via email. There is no email confirming the order, no order number, nothing, like the payment didn't happen. I also sent a contact-us message. I can provide the description of the transfer too. Please help with the order actually going through

Sorry for this less than ideal experience. I'll look into this. Pls wait a couple of days, Sunday is still a Sunday in Europe!

I see that it was a ticket opened at the same time and my colleague has handled almost immediately.
So, to not keep it unanswered, I would like to clarify the issue. It happens sometimes that our payment provider fails to complete the transaction. As a result, the amount is charged from the customer's account but never arrived to our store account. In this case, the failed transaction is detected by the payment provider and the amount is refunded back to the sender's account.
Please note that it is done automatically but during business hours within 24 hours.
