I'm trying to create a support account but when I register my Name and Email, I get no email to set a password.
It says I've been registered then redirects to the login page but I cannot login as I haven't created a password. I've tried password resets to the email I used but nothing has come through not to my spam folder either.
I clicked on New Support Ticket and entered my issue in the form there hoping it would send an email to the one I put into the form but I haven't had a response from that either.
If I try to sign up again it says email has been taken, so I assume the emails are just not being sent out?
Any help would be appreciated
